Hi,

For the past 2 days the modem WAN connection has been unstable. The up and down LEDs on the modem go into a green state then back to blue. Happens every 15-20min and lasts a few min. Anyone can propose a solution. I already power-cycled the modem. I am connected via ethernet. Issue is persists on Wifi and another PC connected via ethernet. Could the model be defective?

Thanks,

Vince

    Hello VinceF,
I hope you are doing well.

I just verified your account and I noticed that there is ongoing maintenance work in your area that can cause these fluctuations. I would kindly inform you that we are aware of the situation and we are working on concluding the maintenance and providing you with a stable internet connection as soon as possible. If you have further questions, you can always reach out to us on any communication channel of your liking. Here is how to do that https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us.
