Travel Add-ons not substracting data
Hi,
I have a Quebec plan. I'm now travelling in BC so I bought a 1gig Canada travel add-ons for my trip. I've been using data without any problem, but it show that I still have my full travel gig in my account and it seem that it is my usual data used.
Am I paying by user Ustad of using my add-ons? It is confusing.

I believe that the informations is not updated in the portal

• Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '❔' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode

• If the green bubble does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser.
