there's no service in the USA with AT&T. Only SMS and Data work. Is there any solution?

    Hello Shlomie,

    I am sorry to hear about this situation.
    Please try turning the automatic network selection Off and choose a T-mobile network.
    Also, please try switching from 4G/LTE to 3G from your networks settings.

    Do you have any message?

    Have you tried to turn off the phone for 30 seconds?

    Also can you try to change the network operator, for example t-mobile

    You can chat in direct

        •    Follow the link on this page: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/im-unable-log-my-fizz-account-what-do-i-do

       •   Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '❔' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode

       •   Choose the option 💬 chat

       •   If the green bubble does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser.
