    Hello Coco576,
I hope you are doing well.

After verifying your account, I was glad to see that an automatic refund was already issued on your file, for the extra payment. You can verify this information by going to My plans > Transaction history. Please note that it may take a couple of business days for it to also show up on your credit card since it needs to be processed by your bank first.

Here is an FAQ with more details about the Transaction history https://fizz.ca/en/transaction-history.
Please feel free to contact us if you need more details https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us.
    Cheers!😎

    Hi,

here's how to contact Fizz’s support team directly to inquire about any isue with your payment, they will be able to do some further investigation to correct this situation. You can do it by opening the following link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.

If the chat bubble still does not appear at the bottom of the page, on the right, after a few seconds, the number of pending sessions is higher than the service’s processing capacity. At that time, you can leave a message on the other proposed communication channels:

-By private message on Facebook/Messenger: https://facebook.com/fizzca.

-By private message on Twitter : https://mobile.twitter.com/fizz_ca

    -Whatsapp : (438) 393-5814

As mentioned, the best thing would be to reach out directly to customer support via live chat (My settings --> Contact Forms --> Green Chat Bubble).

They will refund you the money.

    Hope this helps
