My phone number of USIM still wasn't changed.

I changed my number last year. Currently I can use the new number that has been changed. However, if I check my number in the phone's settings, my old number is still displayed. This sometimes creates problems.

For example, when I sign up for or log in to a specific site, the site sends me a specific number as a text message. At this time, my previous number is displayed. I want to solve this problem.

    Hello Hyunju,
I am sorry to hear that you encounter that situation,
Sadly, from our end there is no way of updating the phone number in your own device. That can be done only from your side.
If it will not work, then I advise you to contact the phone carrier ( from where you bought the phone) and ask for instructions on how to do that.
Or, you can look it up online, maybe someone found a solution for this issue.
I can assure you that this is not from our SIM card or from the network, it is something from the phone.
Also, I see that you reached our to our customer support team and they verified the situation and the network is working properly.
    Thank you for your understanding!
    Have a great day!
    -Eugen

    Hi

Which phone do you have? Some phone models allow you to edit the phone number.

    You can try these suggestions

    1. Restarting your phone.

    2. Turn off your phone, remove the SIM and then retry.

    3. Temporarily try another SIM in your phone, then retry with yours. Also try your SIM in another phone.

    4. Clear your phone cache.

Let us know if any suggestions help.
