Can't move my services?

Hi,

I am moving to a new apartment on July 1st so I would like to update my address in my Fizz account for my home internet.

When I go in My Plans -> Manage -> Moving your service, I get this error?

It's been like that for weeks now...

Does anyone else have that error too?

    Can you try clearing your browser cache before retrying? Even better, try opening your browser in private mode.

    If the problem continues, you can contact Fizz customer service by opening this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/im-moving-how-do-i-change-my-address-my-home-internet-service and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, then click on it to start your chat session with Fizz customer service.

    They will surely be able to help you.

    In this case, you can contact Fizz customer service for help - https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us

    Do know that if the current tenant at your new apartment is already a Fizz internet subscriber, you have to wait until they have unsubscribed and returned their modem before you can officially register your new address with Fizz. As Fizz writes in their message, you can still bring the Fizz modem with you on moving day and plug it in to continue using your internet services.

  • Hello @fleroux, another means of contacting Fizz for customer support is to log in, go to My Settings and Contact Form. This opens a Support Ticket and the exchange occurs by the email address registered on your account. Best of luck.
