How do I get a refund for the modem I returned and still gettign charged ?
I returned my modem when I ended my services in mid february, and two months later I am still getting charged the modem fees of 180$. I did everything as instructed but the guy at Poste Canada did not gave me a tracking number. I sent it in a box, with the return number written by hand on it, like I don't know what else to do, has this ever happened to anyone ?

Hello BienenueG,
I am sorry to hear about this situation.
I can see that you contacted our support and this was already escalated.
I would also recommend going to the Post Office and see if they can still provide the tracking number.
It should be possible as they have it in their system and it will greatly help us with the verifications.
Once you have if please reach us back: https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us
Have a lovely day,

Hi @BienenueG
If you don't have the prove that you sent the modem, I find very difficult to prove that this is from you. Check with the support if they can help you.
