Why am I seeing - Can't send message with Fizz - error 38

For several days now, I have been able to receive texts but not send them. When I try, I get "Can't send message with Fizz - error 38"

Help please!

    Hello Manchu_duck,
    I am sorry for the situation encountered,
    I have verified your account and I see that you do not have text messages in your plan.
    That is why you are getting that error.
    If you want to get the option to send text messages, you will have to add it.
    To do that, you need to make a plan change, using these steps: Log into your account> my plans > manage plan> adjust the plan and add the text messages option.

    The other option you have is to buy an Add-on for text messages or add money in your Wallet and pay for use.
    To buy an add-on, you need to go into your account> my plans > manage plan> add-ons and select text messages option.
    To add money to the wallet, all you have to do is go to my plans > manage plan > wallet and you will have the button to add money.

    Do you have SMS in your plan?

    Did you already try to reboot your phone?

    Are you using Fizz or Fizz Ext ?

    You should also check if the SMSC is configured correctly, in the guide you will find the instructions.

    Ooops. I figured it out. I had run out of $$ for my text addon! Topped it up and all is fine now.
