I can see that your plan has no basic plan data.
It is mandatory to have at least 1 Gb of basic plan data in order to be able to receive data gifts.

Hi,
here's how to contact Fizz’s support team directly to inquire about that isue, they will be able to do some further investigation to correct this situation as well as provide you precise answers. You can do it by opening the following link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.
If the chat bubble still does not appear at the bottom of the page, on the right, after a few seconds, the number of pending sessions is higher than the service’s processing capacity. At that time, you can leave a message on the other proposed communication channels:

If your friend sent data perks to you, do you see them on your account?
To apply a perk on your plan:
If you have more than one plan in your account, you’ll be able to choose which plan will benefit from your perk. The delay to activate a perk is not the same from perk to perk, and each has its own duration.
- Log into your account, and go to Overview.
- In the left column, click on the summary that shows your My Rewards level. You can also scroll down below your usage summary to My Rewards and click on See details.
- In the perks section, click on Available.
- Click on the perk you’d like to activate.
- Select Use to activate the perk on your plan.
- Select the plan on which you’d like to apply it.
- Your perk will be activated on the spot.

If your friend gifted you some mobile data, this data will be available right away in your plan.
You should be able to use it in the same way as mobile data from your plan.
To see how long gifted data is valid:
- Go to My Plans in your Fizz account.
- Under the plan you wish to view (if you have more than one) click on See usage.
- This will open the Usage screen, which lists all your gifts, Add-Ons, Rollovers, etc. The blue arrow will tell you which data bucket you are currently using. On the right hand side you can see how many days are left for your gifted data.

@Fthy Based on the findings and comments from Whizz, you can only use data perks.
All mobile customers with an active plan on March 31 recently received 5 x 1 GB data perks. If your friend has any they don't need, they can gift it to you - https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-do-i-receive-my-rewards-program#3
