1 gb perk - cannot use it
I have three phone numbers in my account (3 plans), all with 1GB data monthly. All are active and in use. The accounts are paid and in good standing.
I have a PERK of 1 GB of mobile data. I choose "Use", I pick one of my numbers, click "Activate", "Activate" and I get an error: "A perk can only be applied to an active plan". This happens for all three of my plans.
Am I doing something wrong ?
Thanks,
-Brian T.

Hello Brian Thomson,
I hope you are doing well.
I just verified your account and I noticed that you have two plans that are assigned as end-users. I would kindly suggest you remove the end-user assigned to those numbers and then try to activate the perk on the specific phone number.
Also, regarding data gifting, you can try to send it directly to the phone number and see if you succeed. If you try to send the data via email, for example, it can be sent directly to the oldest plan on your account, or even not be sent at all.
You can remove an end-user by going to My plans > Manage plan for the specific phone number you want to remove the end-user from > Manage user's permissions. You can find more about removing an end-user from a plan here https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-remove-user-from-my-plan.
Cheers!
