"Your payment is confirmed, and your plan in the process of being reactivated. Expect at most a two-hour delay."

It's been more than two days. What's going on?

    I can see on my end that there's a  ticket created for the payment situation that you encountered and it is still undergoing investigation by our secondary team.
    You will be notified by us via email once a solution has been found by them.
    You can check on the ticket's progress from your Fizz account under My settings->My tickets.

    Hi

    If your service was suspended and you paid your bill, service should be restored within 2 to 3 hours. You should also try restarting your device at that point.

    You are able to confirm that the payment was successful by going to My Plans >> Transaction History.
