My internet doesn't work
Hello. My internet stopped since around 2 hours, modem flashes all green no blue and I've removed power cable, i've reset, I've done factory reset and everyday around the Same time since more than a month I am having this same problem. How can I figure out why I have this problem and how I can resolve it?!

I have verified your Fizz account and I see that your modem is online, and the signals are alright as well. In history there are some fluctuations in the signals, however, the connection should be working properly now. Also, there is no work carried out in your area affecting the services.

since the problem persists despite your attempts to solve the situation I recommend you to contact Fizz’s support team directly to inquire about that isue, they will be able to do some further investigation to correct this situation. You can do it by opening the following link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.
If the chat bubble still does not appear at the bottom of the page, on the right, after a few seconds, the number of pending sessions is higher than the service’s processing capacity. At that time, you can leave a message on the other proposed communication channels:
