Mobile plan is suspended but I can't make a payment I click "Payment" but nothing happens..

Hi, it seems like there is a little bug within the payment method and process features... I always had issues since the beginning like having to place an add-on order to make sure the right payment method was selected... or not being capable of doing an immediate payment when my automatic payment failed... and now, trying to keep my mobile plan on hold for a little while (like i did back in the days) i got suspended, ok, new rules i guess but, I cannot make a payment even if I click "make a payment". I have until April 10 or my number will be lost. I don't want it, not for now. Could you please help on that one? Also, I can not access my payment method for my home internet either (I want TO MAKE SURE that the right card is selected (freaking out every month about that since i CANT lose internet for 3 days! Thank you very much

    Thank you for informing us about this situation.

    I can see on my end that your plan got paid for and was unsuspended 2 days ago on April 3rd in the morning.
    It is currently active and running.

    I'd recommend you always double-check the billing details that were registered on your Fizz payment method form and make sure they're the same as the ones on your bank statement. I usually ask customers to simply copy and paste the details from said statement on the page where they manually input the information and not use the system autogenerated ones.

    Hi David,

    for this problem, sometimes it occurs due to the browser used. If the issue is an expired session, please log out of your account and log back in.


    In order to make your payment, you can try the maneuver using a private window, either in incognito mode, also empty your history as well as your cache, you can also try a completely different browser, or even another device if it is possible for you.
