Does anyone experience slow mobile data speeds in rural Ottawa?

While visiting family who are within the Fizz subscription area but not downtown Ottawa, we noticed a significant drop in mobile data speeds. Has anyone else had the same experience? The phone reads Fizz LTE so it is not a Fizz EXT issue. Perhaps just poor service outside downtown Ottawa?

Thank you for reaching out to us.
For situations like these, you can always try to turn ON the Airplane mode and the Roaming mode one after the other for around 10 seconds, turn them OFF and reboot your phone.
