Payment issues
For a surprise yesterday there was two payments taken from my bank account and put on hold until April 9th a ticket was opened after I talked to a customer service representative it shows that the tickets still open and when I tried a third time to pay my monthly plan today there is now a third monthly payment on hold until April 9th and my service is still suspended and I just got off chat with another customer service representative about 20 minutes ago and my issues still has not been resolved...!?!;(×××$$$™

Checking on my end, I can see that two refunds of 45.37$ each were issued 3 days ago on April 1st towards your selected payment method on file. These sums should reach your bank account within the next few business days.
You're also able to see this under My plans-> Transaction history from your end:

Regarding the ticket you mentioned, I can see it was resolved the same resolution was presented to you then.
I can also see the correct 1-time monthly charge that was taken for your mobile plan on April 2nd.

The first level support has limited power, they need to open a ticket and wait for the second level to look on the problem
This it seems to be a very bad limitation, therefore, from the Fizz management :'(
