Repeat/duplicate text messages
All day today I have been receiving repeat/duplicate texts from my son (he is a Fizz customer, I am not). At first I thought it was an April Fool's prank but I checked his phone and he only sent the texts once yet I have been receiving them repeatedly all day. Tried a reboot and to reset the network settings on his phone but still periodically receiving the same the same texts over again. Not sure how to make it stop.

It seems like there was temporary unavailability with our mobile services, and the text messages he tried to send during the time it was ongoing, remained pending. My thought on this situation is that once the matter was resolved, all the pending messages were sent to the respective recipients.

Hello @Shhmony, I would suggest that he back up any texts he wants to save and then clear the cache for the app, if that doesn't resolve it, clear the saved data for the app, check for updates to the OS and apps, remove and re-install the app, reboot.
