Multiple texts of the same message being sent?

Like everyone else here i couldn't send any texts yesterday but now my phone is sending messages multiple times, in some cases 4-5 times, hours later. Is this happening to anyone else? Solutions?

    It seems like there was temporary unavailability with our mobile services, and the text messages you tried to send during the time it was ongoing, remained pending. My thought on this situation is that once the matter was resolved, all the pending messages were sent to the respective recipients.

    Hi Stephen,

    for my part I have not experienced these network inconveniants but here's how to contact Fizz’s support team directly to inquire about that isue, they will be able to do some further investigation to correct this situation as well as provide you precise answers. You can do it by opening the following link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.


    If the chat bubble still does not appear at the bottom of the page, on the right, after a few seconds, the number of pending sessions is higher than the service’s processing capacity. At that time, you can leave a message on the other proposed communication channels:
