Internet doesn’t work today. Yesterday every thing was good. I can’t connect internet this morning

I reset the model, the light of download is white. What is the problem?

    I just verified your modem's signals and it seems like there is currently ongoing maintenance work in your area, that is affecting
    your internet service. Rest assured, our technicians were already deployed on-site they are working around the clock to resolve the situation and provide you with a stable internet connection.

    I would kindly ask you for a little more patience until they conclude the maintenance and if you are still encountering some disconnection via WiFi or ethernet cable, restart the modem every couple of hours by unplugging the power cord from the electrical socket for 20seconds then plugging it back in. After that, please allow a couple of minutes for the connection to stabilize itself and test your internet connection again.

    you should contact Fizz’s support team directly to inquire about possible network work or an outage in your area, and if not, they will be able to do some further investigation to correct this situation as well as provide you precise answers. You can do it by opening the following link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.


    If the chat bubble still does not appear at the bottom of the page, on the right, after a few seconds, the number of pending sessions is higher than the service’s processing capacity. At that time, you can leave a message on the other proposed communication channels:
