trouble in buying a phone

hello, it's been two weeks since I've been trying to buy a phone from fizz but I have a problem as soon as I'm transferred to the paybright page the error 400 appears and I can't continue the purchase. I tried with another browser from another device and another internet connection but nothing works

    Hello Saba,

    I am sorry to hear about this situation.
    This appears to be something related to Paybright's website.
    I would recommend contacting their support team to investigate this further. 
    Hopefully, they already have it working by now.
