Can I use td bank visa debit card for ordering new sim?

Can I use td bank visa debit card for ordering new sim? Billing Address is same as shipping address and is exactly same as the address with the bank. This TD visa debit card of mine doesn't have my name on it. And, to place order Name on Credit Card is asked.

    After verifying your account, I noticed that you already got in touch with our customer service team. I also noticed that you already tried to order a SIM card however, the process was not completed. I would kindly suggest you use a Canadian payment method to pay for the SIM card you would like to order because as @Dapfizzer mentioned, foreign payment methods are not accepted, and after searching, I found out that TD bank is an American national bank.

    Hi,

    to place an order or to pay your Fizz plans, you can use:

    • A Visa or Mastercard credit card
    • A prepaid Visa or Mastercard
    • A Debit Mastercard or Visa Debit card

    Only one-off payments are accepted with Vanilla prepaid cards

     

    You CANNOT use: 

    • American Express (Amex), Dinners and others credit cards 
    • A debit card 
    • A foreign credit/debit card 
    • Funds from your Fizz Wallet

    1. What do you mean by you can Not use a debit card? You reply is self contradictory.

    2. Also, what should a debit card user put in Name As Per Credit Card?

    my friend used a visa debit and wrote his name..... and it worked

    1- A debit card that is not associated with either of these two credit companies, or in other words, a card only issued by your bank that is not associated with Visa or MasterCard.

    2- The name of the owner of the credit card...
