How long do I have to wait for my 229$ refund it is almost a year

    here's how to contact Fizz’s support team directly to inquire about that question, they will be able to do some further investigation to correct this situation as well as provide you precise answers. You can do it by opening the following link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.


    If the chat bubble still does not appear at the bottom of the page, on the right, after a few seconds, the number of pending sessions is higher than the service’s processing capacity. At that time, you can leave a message on the other proposed communication channels:

    Did you contact the support with the tracking number of your modem, in order to prove the return?

    PS Here we are users, but you are right a year is too much

       •   Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '❔' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode

       •   Choose the option 💬 chat

       •   If the green bubble does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser.

    Hello @Maxor5, I suggest the beliow:

    • if you still can, log in to your account, go to My Settings, Contact Form and submit your complaint directly to Fizz Customer Service, this forum is not specifically for customer service
    • if you cannot log in, try one of the other contact methods on the website
    • if you do not have any success with the above, you can contact the CCTS, the federal agency that handles consumer disputes with telephone and Internet companies. If you are in QC, there may be a provincial agency for the same.

    Depending on the situation, you could also contact your credit card company and ask the steps and requirements for a chargeback.

    After 3 months, most CC companies will not entertain chargebacks. Even for fraudulent charges.

    Forget about 1 yr later. But as Maxor has now done, contacting customer service is the only way to get it done.
