RabbitAir Home Air Filter System - not connecting on Wifi
Hi, I recently moved, my Rabbit Air Home Filtration system has a mobile app so that I can control the settings. It's usually plug & play - it is not connecting. This is a $1000 air filter, so the tech is advanced. I've already moved and had no issues in the past. The Rabbit Air App says maybe a firewall is blocking it? I've looked in my Fizz Account and it's not listed as blocked. Any recommendations?

You've looked in your Fizz account by tipping "192.168.0.1" in an internet browser ?

Hi @MER33
Did you try to reset the network of your device?
Sometime can be a wrong configuration from the previous one, for example you fixed the IP or the DNS or some similar configuration

This could be due to incompatible wifi modes a/b/g/n/ac/ax
