double payment

hi received a mail saying my service will be suspended If I don't make a payment before 29 of march 2022 so i made the payment then I received a mail saying that the payment went through and the next payment cycle remains the same 72 hours before the 29 of march . Does that mean im gonna be charged again on the 27 even tho I just made a payment?

    I think you should contact the customer service team.

    Here's what a found to help you:

    "If a message informing you that your payment was rejected and you’re not sure why, contact our Customer Service team: log into your Fizz account and simply click on the chat bubble located in the lower right-hand corner during our business hours."

    The first payment didn't work, you made a payment the system should not try again till the next month, April 27th
