wifi guy left and my password is not working

wifi was set up and my password says check password and try again. i am using bell internet this very moment. help me

    If you want to re-enable the Wi-Fi capability of your Fizz Wi-Fi modem, you'll need to reset it to its factory settings by holding down the reset button on the back of the device for ten (10) seconds.

       •   Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '❔' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode

       •   Choose the option 💬 chat

       •   If the green bubble does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser.

    Please check on the back of the modem for the Wi-Fi Pass noted there under the network's name and if that fails, try to factory reset the modem and follow the steps below:

    Hi Becki,

    do you have the possibility to connect one of your devices directly to the modem using the Ethernet cable (RJ45) provided by Fizz, so you would be able to change the network name (SSID), but also the password since by opening your web browser as soon as you log in, the "Easy Connect" interface would open automatically and allow you to make this change by a password, and (SSID) of your choice. Your Wi-Fi connection would then be simplified.
