I’ve waited more then 12 h and still not activated
My internet was deactivated after I forgot to update my payment method and I’ve made payment this am at 8am and have no internet now after almost 14 hours… nor did I receive a confirmation ( but I do see the payment taken on my new card).
I’ve also reset the modem a few times.
What should I do?

I can see that indeed your payment passed but the service was not restored at the moment.
I have escalated a ticket to have this verified and we will have this fixed as soon as possible.

since the problem persists for much more than the 12-hour delay, you should contact Fizz’s support team directly to inquire about that issue, they will be able to do some further investigation to correct this situation. You can do it by opening the following link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.
If the chat bubble still does not appear at the bottom of the page, on the right, after a few seconds, the number of pending sessions is higher than the service’s processing capacity. At that time, you can leave a message on the other proposed communication channels:
