Is there an outage in Vaudreuil-Dorion

My home internet has been down for a few hours now. I have reset the modern a few times already. My neighbors on Videotron are still good. Can anyone check into this?

    Hello JamieB,
    I am sorry for the situation encountered,
    I have verified your connection and I can see that your modem is currently online and there are no maintenance works carried out in your area.  
    However, the signals you get are pretty bad and I recommend that you contact us in private in order to schedule an appointment with a technician.
    In the meantime, please try these manipulations maybe this will help you out. :)
    Please, disconnect the coaxial cable from the modem and from the coaxial outlet, then plug it back in making sure it is well screwed at both ends.
    Also, restart your modem by disconnecting the power cable from the back, wait for 30 seconds then plug it back in.
