Internet down
My internet has been down for a week and a half. Nothing works. Not a hard reset. When I try to login with cusadmin and my password it tells me incorrect which I know is wrong. The router won’t even reset manually when I hold the button. Anyone have any ideas ?

I've just verified your internet connection on my end and I see that your modem is offline in my tools. I've refreshed your connection, but I cannot see any result.
We'll help you to resolve this. But first, if that's alright with you, please try some manipulations from your end:
Verify if the cables are properly connected on both ends(the coaxial and the power one).
Make sure that your modem is connected directly to a power outlet. Test in another outlet if possible.
Restart your modem by unplugging it for a minute from the power outlet, then plug it again and see if there's any change. We have a helpful video to guide you further, on the bellow FAQ:
