If I pick USA coverage. Does that means I can call USA and Canada from Quebec. And Call USA and Canada from USA? And would that mean I need to click international calls, even if USA isn't in those options

this zone coverage allows you to make calls from Canada as well as from the USA at no cost...

As Dapfizzer  also mentioned, with Canada + USA coverage you can call from anywhere within Canada or USA and you can also receive calls, free of charge. You'll also need to have the calls option added to your plan. It would be recommended to leave the international calls option active.

You can change your plan at anytime by loging into your account. Although, the changes you make will only take effect at the beginning of your next payment cycle.

Hello @Kevin11, Canada + USA coverage includes long distance calls and roaming within Canada and USA at no extra charge. It may not include HI, AK so you may want to contact Fizz Customer Support if these states are within your travel plans.
