Issues with card.
Just a question for fizz who didn't help me but closed my discussion. Why does my credit card work for payments to Fizz for my cellphone account but fail when I try to buy a SIM card for another phone I bought through Fizz? Tech support is not being helpful with their canned answers.

it is indeed a very strange situation since you use this same payment method for all your other transactions, however only Fizz’s support team could answer this and give you a precise answer about this situation that occurred with this purchase attempt and the sudden request to know that you were indeed the legitimate holder of this credit card.
The real question, in my opinion, is why a flag was raised when you attempted to purchase this SIM card. So if you want to recontact the service directly for explanations on these questions, you can do it by opening the following link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.
If the chat bubble still does not appear at the bottom of the page, on the right, after a few seconds, the number of pending sessions is higher than the service’s processing capacity. At that time, you can leave a message on the other proposed communication channels:
