Customer Service Doesn't Exist

Chat bubble doesn't work, WhatsApp no one responds - cutting customer's internet because of a poorly explained payment change and now I have to use my data for work - where's the compensation here? What kind of a company is allowed to run without customer service

    Only Fizz’s support team could answer this, but you'll have to contact them directly to resolve this situation, they'll also be able to do some further investigation to correct this situation as well as provide you precise answers. It's possible that there is network work or an outage in your area... But as mentioned, only them could say.

    Hi Sarah,

    occasionally when the Chat is unavailable, wait a few moments and then try again to finally have access to the Chat then. Also, sometimes it is easier to access through the French version of Fizz’s website.

    Try it with this link and don’t worry the French link will not affect the language used for your conversation with the Service: https://fizz.ca/fr/faq/etat-services

    If the chat bubble still does not appear at the bottom of the page, on the right, after a few seconds, the number of pending sessions is higher than the service’s processing capacity. At that time, you can leave a message on the other proposed communication channels:

    -By private message on Facebook/Messenger: https://facebook.com/fizzca.

    -By private message on Twitter : https://mobile.twitter.com/fizz_ca

    The button is completely unresponsive. I expect thorough compensation for having my Internet cut off after making a payment.
