Hello ERika F.,
I am sorry for the situation encountered,
I have verified your account and I see that you managed to contact our support team in order to return your modem.
Also, you managed to return the modem.
Toreturn the modem, you will have to put it in a suitable box, thendownload, print, or write down the return ID number that was on yourfinal step of the unsubscription. This number will be needed atCanada Post to print your free return label. And finally, drop yourboxed modem at the nearest Canada Post deposit location.Checkthis FAQ for more information:https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-return-my-wi-fi-modem
It would be great, if, after you get a solution from our customer service, you can post the solution here for the other users.
Thank you for your understanding!
Have a good day!

Hi Erica,
here is the procedure to to be able to return the Fizz modem: How do I return my Wi-Fi modem?
And here's how to contact Fizz’s support team directly if you have any question about this situation. You can do it by opening the following link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.
If the chat bubble still does not appear at the bottom of the page, on the right, after a few seconds, the number of pending sessions is higher than the service’s processing capacity. At that time, you can leave a message on the other proposed communication channels:
-By private message on Facebook/Messenger: https://facebook.com/fizzca.
-By private message on Twitter : https://mobile.twitter.com/fizz_ca
-Whatsapp : (438) 393-5814

Are you using the same box Fizz delivered the modem with?
If the size/weight is different, CanadaPost might want to charge more than what Fizz paid to generate the return label.
