Home internet failure
Hello, I am having issues with my home internet ever since this morning. There seems to be a connection but it is so weak that I cannot load anything onto either my phone or computer. I have tried multiple modem resets, short and longer ones, I have checked every cable to look for damage or if they are correctly plugged and nothing seems to work. I have not made any changes to the connection myself. It was working fine before I went to sleep and it wasn't anymore when I woke up. I'm pretty sure this is a company problem but as I cannot reach them on their own chat and on messenger, I'm posting here because I'm desperate.

And if the problem still persists, I suggest you to contact Fizz’s support team directly to inquire about that issue, they will be able to do some further investigation to correct this situation. You can do it by opening the following link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.
If the chat bubble still does not appear at the bottom of the page, on the right, after a few seconds, the number of pending sessions is higher than the service’s processing capacity. At that time, you can leave a message on the other proposed communication channels:
