Hello Ghoncheh,
We are sorry to hear about the difficulties you encounter. If the network signal is weak, your phone may be connected to an antenna that is not in an optimal location for you to access the network.
We invite you to restart your phone and to switch to the 3G band when making calls, as it is favourable to better signal.
We also invite you to consult our FAQ: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-can-i-do-if-mobile-network-coverage-is-weak-or-inaccessible
In case none of our troubleshooting steps helps you, we invite you to contact us in private, as we would like to do more in-depth verifications: https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us
Thanks and have a great day!

Is that anywhere in that neighborhood, or just within a home/building ?
Have you tried enabling "roaming" on your phone, and maybe manually selecting "FIZZ_EXT" instead of "FIZZ" as the network provider ? This will put you on one of the partner networks. At least to see if it is any better.
If that is your home, then this is obviously NOT a permanent solution, due to restrictions on partner networks.
The majority of your usage (calls, texts and data) must be done on the Fizz network (Subscription area).
We reserve the right to interrupt or block access to our network of partner providers Fizz EXT if you use your mobile service primarily on their networks for 3 consecutive payment cycles.
Have you contacted customer service to open a ticket ?
