Problème livraison SIM

Delivery status says i received my SIM on Monday now it’s Wednesday and I still didn’t get it. I guess i have to order another one. Can i get a refund? Maybe ain’t a good idea to stick it on the door so anyone can see it. I read questions similar to my problem but found no answer. Please get back to me with a solution. Merci

    I am sorry for the situation encountered,
    I have verified your account and the order and I see that it was delivered Monday.
    As you mentioned that you did not receive it, we will have to verify if the address is correctly entered on the order, to make sure that if you order another one, it will come to you.
    If everything is good there, then we will refund you for the amount you payed.
    You can order another one from your Fizz account> Overview> Get started> Mobile> Order a new one.
    Or, you can buy the SIM card directly from a Couche-Tard.

    Try with fizz support! You can Buy SIM card at couche tard It is really faster and only 10$

    Hello @Jpayette

    Chat with Fizz to explain the situation and issue a refund request. It may have been stolen or delivered at the wrong address.

    They should invite you to get a new card in the meantime. 2 ways to do that:

    •  order online like you did
    •  buy it in store at a Couche-Tard, Mobile Expert or UQAM's COOP. Interactive map at  https://fizz.ca/en/sim-card#stores . It provides phone numbers so call beforehand to make sure they have some in stock.

    If the card ever shows up, know that SIM cards do not have an expiration date. Then you can always sell it or give it away (with your referral code 😉 as a bonus). Some keep it as a backup if they lose their cell phone, reducing their line recovery time.

    Pas d'expiration mais assurez vous que l'emballage ne soit ouverte!!
