I am sorry for this situation encountered,
I have verified your account and I see that indeed you cancelled the plan on the 14 of February and it was completed on the 1st of March.
Normally, the system should not charge you for your next month if you request the unsubscription.
I have escalated the situation to our technical team in order to investigate the matter.
Rest-assured, as your plan is already deactivated you will receive a refund after they provide us with an answer for this.
You will be able to verify the status of your ticket in your account> Overview.
As soon as we receive an answer from them, you will receive an answer from us via email.

You can do it by opening the following link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.
If the chat bubble still does not appear at the bottom of the page, on the right, after a few seconds, the number of pending sessions is higher than the service’s processing capacity. At that time, you can leave a message on the other proposed communication channels:
