Can't make calls in USA

Good morning!

We are 3 persons in the United States, all android phones, all with the Canada + US plan. Since this morning, we are no longer able to make phone calls. We tried T-Mobile & AT&T. On T-Mobile we can't make calls and on AT&T we get disconnected periodically.

Does anyone know why?

    Hi,

    this technical problem seems to be experienced by some subscribers since yesterday in various states in the US, so you should contact the Fizz support team directly in order to ask for precise answers about this situation, but also to resolve it. The service will be able to carry out certain more in-depth investigations to advise you and to remedy this delay. Here's how to do it by opening the following link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.


    If the chat bubble still does not appear at the bottom of the page, on the right, after a few seconds, the number of pending sessions is higher than the service’s processing capacity. At that time, you can leave a message on the other proposed communication channels:

    We tried on 4G or LTE but it says it can't connect 🤷🏼‍♀️

    But I will surely try to contact Fizz as per your suggestion and the link you provided me.

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Can you please let us know what brand and model of phone you're using and where exactly in the US are you located?
    Please bear in mind that the 3G network, dedicated to calls, is currently being removed from customer access from various states in the US.
    I'd recommend you try to connect through T-Mobile as a provider and test to see if the calls work after a restart.
