I am really sorry to hear that you encounter this situation,
I have verified your account and I see that you bought a Travel add-on for USA.
Can you please, contact us in private in order to try a few manipulations?
I will leave a few here in order to try and fix it, however, currently there is an issue that we are aware of regarding calls on USA.

What you can try to see if it helps, is to connect your device on T-Mobile on 3G mode.
For your iPhone, to do that, go to settings> mobile data> mobile data options> Voice and Data> select 3G.
After you select that, please do a manual search for the T-Mobile network.
Go to settings> mobile data> network selection> tap on the automatic and switch it off> then manually search for the T-Mobile.
Then restart your phone and test the services.
