    Some companies give a big mobile data allowance during Internet outage to compensate. Maybe Fizz could do the same when a client has both services with Fizz?

    Agreed! I used 1.83 GB of Fizz data yesterday (and needed at least 50% more than that to complete my work for the day, never mind leisurely/down time on the web or apps).

    2 or 3 GB/user for each day of an outage seems like a reasonable offer from an organization to maintain customer service satisfaction levels.

    Having checked in my tools, I can see that there is currently a disconnection reported in your area and this interferes with the network connection to that specific node.
    Rest assured, a team has been dispatched on-site to deal with this and remedy the matter as soon as possible.
    I would suggest you keep an eye on your modem from time to time and monitor the behaviour of the led lights.

    If you see any change, restart the modem and test your connection again.
