Calls not working in USA

Hi Gorgon82,
Thankyou for reaching out to us.
I understand and I'm sorry to learn about the inconvenience.
Can you please let us know what brand and model of phone you're using and where exactly in the US are you located?
Please bear in mind that the 3G network, dedicated to calls, is currently being removed from customer access from various states in the US.
I'd recommend you try to connect directly to 4G or LTE through T-Mobile as a provider, preferably and test to see if it works.
Details for a remedy can also be found here:

Have a fine day,

Hi,
this technical problem seems to be experienced by some subscribers today, so you should contact the Fizz support team directly in order to ask for precise answers about this situation, but also to resolve it. The service will be able to carry out certain more in-depth investigations to advise you and to remedy this delay. Here's how to do it by opening the following link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.
If the chat bubble still does not appear at the bottom of the page, on the right, after a few seconds, the number of pending sessions is higher than the service’s processing capacity. At that time, you can leave a message on the other proposed communication channels:
-By private message on Facebook/Messenger: https://facebook.com/fizzca.
-By private message on Twitter : https://mobile.twitter.com/fizz_ca
-Whatsapp : (438) 393-5814

Hello @Gorgon82, I suggest:
- reboot your device
- to contact Fizz you can use the online Chat feature on their website or go to My Settings, Contact Form and submit a complaint there to open a Support Ticket and this exchange occurs by the email address registered in your account

Further @Gorgon82, as a temporary remedy, if you have plenty of data or even better a good WIFI access, install a reputable calling app from your respective app store. Some are free or low-cost and effective alternative for long distance or local calls when on travel.
