I wouldn't be surprise if Fizz will make international phone call to Ukraine for free since that Videotron just announced that they allow it. Considering that Fizz is a subcompany of Videotron, they will probably act the same way.

The @Whizz is the official Fizz representative here in this forum. I suggest you log in, go to My Settings, Contact Form and submit your request there. Until that time, there are calling and texting apps you can install that will allow you to call and text to Ukraine for affordable rates. I suggest you also search online for any apps that are suspending charges for calls/texts to Ukraine. Look for apps with a mix of reviews and require few permissions.
