Mobile plan deactivated - Still being charged

Hi,

My plan was deactivated back in fall 2021 and I am still being charged. I don't know where to inquire support to fix this issue... :( Please help!!!

    Hi,


    You need to talk whit Fizz support to know why you still being charge. Only them can help you and give you a refund


    To Chat with Fizz support:

    ·        Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner 

    ·        Follow the link on this page: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services 

    ·        Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '?' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode

    ·        Choose the option 💬 chat


    If the green bubble does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser like Firefox edge or a private one.

    Hello @deactivated, I suggest:

    • log in to your account (if you still have access), check your transaction and payment history, take a screenshot of either/both to show payments and cancellation of your service(s), go to My Settings, Contact Form and submit your complaint to open a Support Ticket with Customer Service, this exchange occurs over the email address that was associated with your account, you can include a screenshot as proof
    • contact your financial institution to stop any future payments
    • if Fizz does not reply within a reasonable time period with an offer to refund monies paid after you cancelled your service(s), ask your financial institution to contact Fizz for a refund
    • doing your homework upfront to have proper dates and amounts paid will ensure an easier process
