Good day,

I made a mistake. I change my credit card and forgot to change a code in my account, that's why my payment were not received by a telephone company. How can I correct this mistake?

    Thank you for reaching us.
    Usually, since the payment failed and the plan got suspended the manual payment option should appear in My plans > manage plan > payment method, but the button is missing from your account.
    I have escalated a ticket to have this fixed and we will contact you right away via email as soon as we have any updates.

    Hello @Gulchachak, the @Whizz is a Fizz Customer Service person so they are aware of the issue. If they do not respond in a reasonable time period, add another post here and use the @whizz reference in your post requesting their assistance.
