Can't find my code in the path: Settings/invite friends/show my refferal code so where is it?????? helpp

    Hello elegua,

    I just verified your account and it seems you don't have an active plan.
    In order to obtain and share your referral code, please activate a plan first.
    Or if you already have a plan, please make sure you are logged into the correct account.

    you have the correct path. It is there for active plans.

    But it won't show if your plan is not yet active or if you are not properly logued in. Is it your case?

    Hi elegua,

    They say you don't have an active plan and you say you have one, it seem you need to talk to Fizz to know what's happening

    To Chat with Fizz support:

    ·        Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner 

    ·        Follow the link on this page: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services 

    ·        Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '?' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode

    ·        Choose the option 💬 chat

    If the green bubble does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser like Firefox edge or a private one.

  • Hello @elegua, the best way to contact Fizz Customer Service is to log in to your Fizz account, go to My Settings, Contact Form and submit a complaint. I suggest you include a screenshot of your active account information. The @Whizz is a Fizz representative, perhaps it is a simple error.
