My voicemail after the new update « visual voicmail » I no longer have acces to it
Hi,
When I click on my voicemail it’s written I have no voicemails and I have a Greeting button where I can customize or leave the default setting to my greeting message that never seems to work when I record it.
I receive calls and people leaving me voice messages I also receive text confirming that this or that number left a VM. But it’s been few months that I do not have access to my voicemail box it is frustrating I had few jobs getting back to me but was unable to get their messages…

you should contact Fizz’s support team directly to inquire about that issue, they will be able to do some further investigation to correct this situation. You can do it by opening the following link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.
If the chat bubble still does not appear at the bottom of the page, on the right, after a few seconds, the number of pending sessions is higher than the service’s processing capacity. At that time, you can leave a message on the other proposed communication channels:
