Extra paiement

I saw on my bank account that there was an extra paiement to fizz. My normal paiement has gone well like always, but about 3-4 days later another payment of 36,17 is gone from my account to fizz! What is the reason and how can I be refund for that?

    I had a look over your Fizz account and I could see that there is no 2nd charge or another strange charge. Therefore, I suggest you contact us privately to investigate this more thoroughly. Please follow the steps Dapfizzer provided and reach out to our support department.

    I suggest you to directly contact Fizz’s customer service team to resolve this issue. You can do it by opening the following link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.


    If the chat bubble still does not appear at the bottom of the page, on the right, after a few seconds, the number of pending sessions is higher than the service’s processing capacity. At that time, you can leave a message on the other proposed communication channels:

    Maybe look at the description of the payment?

    Best advice would be to contact Fizz privately. Let me know if you need any help doing that.
