how do you reach anybody - need reimbursement after charge with no service

hello,

I've chatted with Fizz for over an hour a few days ago and was told that someone would be in touch with me for reimbursement.

A rude technician came to my place to tell me i couldn't have Fizz internet and left with his box.

5 mins later, I receive an email saying 'your internet is up and running'. It is not. I would like to be reimbursed the whole month and for you to clarify that I don't owe you a modem, he left with the box.

    Thank you for reaching out to us and am sorry to learn about this situation.

    As I just checked on your account, I can confirm that a refund of 49$ was issued towards your credit card yesterday, February 12th. The Internet plan in question is also cancelled.

    You will receive the respective sum on your credit card in a few businessdays.

    here's how to recontact Fizz’s support team directly to inquire about that issue, they will be able to do some further investigation to correct this situation. You can do it by opening the following link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.


    If the chat bubble still does not appear at the bottom of the page, on the right, after a few seconds, the number of pending sessions is higher than the service’s processing capacity. At that time, you can leave a message on the other proposed communication channels:
