Account#********. I deposit $48 to my fizz account wallet on 2022/01/27 for February service I use visa card you took my $48 of my visa card I have receipt . But I never had service at all for February from fizz.my 48$is stuck into my account. Never heard a word from fizz .I just want my money stuck to you.please help thanks

    Hi,

    you should directly contact the customer service to resolve this isue. You can do it by opening the following link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.

    They'll surely be able to help you.


    If the chat bubble still does not appear at the bottom of the page, on the right, after a few seconds, the number of pending sessions is higher than the service’s processing capacity. At that time, you can leave a message on the other proposed communication channels:

    Hello @French, here are my suggestions:

    • contact Fizz by logging in, go to My Settings, then Contact Form and submit a request that they refund the money in your Fizz Wallet. Note that you cannot pay your plan with money in your Fizz Wallet.
    • Also ask that Fizz modify your post to remove your account number. You should never post any personal information here in the Forum, i.e. account number, phone number, address, etc.

    Furthermore, please keep in mind that you cannot use the Fizz Wallet for your monthly payments, it can only be used for the Pay As You Go option:

    Youcan only use any Canadian Visa or Mastercard credit card (includingprepaid), or a Visa or Mastercard Debit card from official Canadianbanks such as TD, RBC or CIBC to pay for your monthly subscription to Fizz, as shown here:
