connecting to my account/ fizz website.

Hello,

So when I log on to the website, my name show on the top right corner. But tonight, everytime I click to go to my account or look at my notifications, it show that I am being redirected to a page stating this site can not be reached. anyone else is running in this issue... it is a real problem as I am having network connection weirdness happening too!!

    Thanks Flings, I should have noted that I had cleared the cache and ate all the cookies :) and I use chrome...

    so now the big problem is that even when I appear to be logged on. I can access the help section... and can not resolve the issue on my phone... I feel like I am running circles!

    Might help clearing cache, deleting cookies or for Apple user go to safari and clear history and website data.

    You can try using another browser such as Chrome, Opéra, Edge or Fire.You can also try a private browser.

    ·        Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '?' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode

    ·        Choose the option 💬 chat


    If the green bubble does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser like Firefox edge or a private one.
