    Hi Marcos,

    here's how to contact the customer service to resolve an isue. You can do it by opening the following link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.


    If the chat bubble still does not appear at the bottom of the page, on the right, after a few seconds, the number of pending sessions is higher than the service’s processing capacity. At that time, you can leave a message on the other proposed communication channels:

    -By private message on Facebook/Messenger: https://facebook.com/fizzca.

    -By private message on Twitter : https://mobile.twitter.com/fizz_ca

    -Whatsapp : (438) 393-5814

    The easiest and quickest is always via live chat (My settings --> Contact Forms ---> Green Chat Bubble).

    Our customer service is 100% digital which means that we communicate with our customers only via Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp Messenger( workslike Facebook Messenger but only via your phone-no number to call),Live chat and e-mails.

    You can contact us on Live chat by using any of our FAQs in the Solutions Hub, such as this one:

    You just need to access an FAQ(link) like the one above, scroll through it and after 10-15 seconds the ? bubble will appear in the bottom right corner of the page.

    Clicking on it will reveal multiple contact options, including the Live chat which is at the very bottom.

    Hello @Marcos M., Fizz ;is entirely online so no customer service by phone. Three ways to contact the Fizz Customer Service Team

    • @Whizz here in the forums, they check periodically but less than ideal if urgent
    • log in, go to My Settings, Contact Form and submit to open a Support Ticket, this exchange occurs over the email registered on your account
    • use the online chat services as per above
