Hello Starlight_87,
I am sorry to hear about this situation.
I can see that you managed to set up the connection and at the moment you have 2 devices connected but some of the signals are not within normal values.
If you still experience any connection issues please contact our support to investigate this further: https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us
Have a good one,

Hi,
can you connect one of your devices directly to the modem using the Ethernet cable (RJ45) provided by Fizz, so you would be able to change the network name (SSID), but also the password since by opening your web browser as soon as you connect, the "Easy Connect" interface would open automatically and allow you to make this change by a password, and (SSID) of your choice. Your Wi-Fi connection would then be simplified.

Hello @Starlight_87, as @Whizz commented, how far are you away from the modem when attempting to connect via WIFI? Distance matters. Try it when standing next to the modem. If it still doesn't work, as @Dapfizzer commented connect your laptop to the modem with the ethernet cable, you can change the password and all the other settings from there.

Your Key is in the back of the modem. Be sure you are not on caplock on your keybord.
